Life and death are two concepts that define human existence in this physical world. However, when we dive deeper into the essence of who we truly are, these boundaries begin to dissolve. No one is ever truly born, and no one ever truly dies. This is not merely a poetic statement but a profound truth understood by those who reach the eternal level of consciousness.
At the core of this understanding is the realization that we are not just bodies; we are souls. The body is a temporary vessel, a tool for experiencing the material world. From the moment we come into this world, others perceive us as a “newborn,” a being starting its journey. Similarly, when we leave this world, others perceive us as having “died.” But this perception is limited, bound by the physical realm.
For the soul, there is no such thing as birth or death. The soul exists eternally, transcending the temporary cycles of life and death experienced by the body. When we attain higher levels of consciousness, we begin to understand this truth. Birth is not the beginning, and death is not the end—they are transitions, moments of transformation where the soul moves from one state to another.
Just as we change clothes when they wear out, the soul changes bodies. This cycle is not something to fear but to embrace as part of the eternal journey. The soul carries with it the experiences, lessons, and growth accumulated over lifetimes, using each new body to further its evolution.
For others, my birth may mark my beginning, and my death may signify my end. But for me, these moments are illusions—mere changes in form. I do not die; I simply move forward, shedding one body and preparing for another chapter in my soul’s timeless journey.
Understanding this shifts our perspective on life. We begin to see beyond the temporary challenges and joys of this world, recognizing them as fleeting. Instead, we focus on the eternal—the growth of the soul, the pursuit of higher consciousness, and the connection to the divine source from which we all originate.
In the grand scheme of existence, life and death are but waves on the ocean of eternity. The soul is the ocean—vast, boundless, and everlasting. When we realize this truth, we transcend fear, embracing the eternal journey of the self.
So, remember: You are not your body. You are the soul, eternal and infinite, forever journeying through the cosmos, learning, growing, and evolving. Birth and death are illusions. You have always existed, and you always will.
