STATEMENT OF RESEARCH

Throughout my career, spanning over 13 years, my research endeavors have consistently converged at the intersection of technology, law, and management. Emphasizing interdisciplinary research, I embarked on doctoral studies with a primary focus on the quality issues prevalent in the educational sector. My exploration delved into ways to enhance educational quality by considering students and faculty as pivotal stakeholders and key interest groups.

While I bring a robust background in technology intervention strategy, HR, and law, my research portfolio extends to encompass studies on the application of cutting-edge technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, in the judiciary and various disciplines within the management field. My research approach is inherently multidisciplinary, characterized by a commitment to employing rigorous qualitative and quantitative methods to address complex research questions. The outcomes of my work have been disseminated through presentations at numerous conferences with a focus on techno-management-related themes.

In my current research portfolio, I am actively involved in multiple projects at various stages of the publication process. A significant component of my recent research has centered on my doctoral dissertation, which concentrated on understanding the pivotal role of student and faculty perceptions in enhancing the quality of higher technical education in India. This work contributes to the broader discourse on quality improvement in the education system.

Looking ahead, my future research agenda is poised to explore the application of emerging technologies in the realms of management, education, and law. By continuing to investigate the dynamic intersections of these fields, I aim to contribute to the evolving landscape of technological advancements and their impact on educational and legal practices.
